A message to our patients
Our goal at Advanced Audiology Associates is to deliver premium hearing care in the safest way to all our patients. Although we have decided to remain open in both locations, we have made the following changes to operate in the safest way possible during this COVID-19 outbreak:
Curbside care is offered and recommended for all hearing aid issues or pick-ups. When you arrive at our office, simply call and one of our staff will come get (or deliver) your hearing aid while you wait in your car. You may also use our curbside service for battery/supply pick-up.
For urgent hearing aid programming issues, office visits must be pre-scheduled, as appointment times will be adjusted to allow for minimal patient overlap and time to properly sanitize between patients.
Non-urgent, preventative care visits will be postponed until we resume our normal business operations.
For those with new hearing aids that are within the adjustment/trial period, all “expiration dates” will be extended to assure you get the full time needed to achieve satisfaction.
For those previously scheduled and comfortable maintaining their appointment, please understand we CANNOT allow anyone to enter our office if they have ANY of the following:
– runny nose
– any of the above symptoms within the past 3 weeks
– any contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 3 weeks
